there is an *official* distribution of Portable ClamWin at
https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/antivirus/portable_clamwin

It is mentioned in the Weblinks and User Guides on clamwin website

because it is not the mainstream distribution and is mainatined by portableapps.com not our team.
