C:\Documents and Settings\Peter\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles\2uc5ghqh.default\Mail\Local Folders\CNET.sbd\CNET TechSpecials: Phishing.Heuristics.Email.SpoofedDomain FOUND
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\excelcnv.exe: W32.Virut.Gen.D-163 FOUND
C:\WINDOWS\Installer\d160987.msp: W32.Virut.Gen.D-163 FOUND
I've submitted the first one various times already, while the others I'm guessing are a little too large for the standard form.

ClamWin has devastated my MS Office 2007 installation on two machines (Vista and Win2003 server) I know to be clean. Excel is usually detected and removed (but not right away, strangely enough.)
I've had this trouble for at least a year - any progress on these false positives?

I thought that the Virut false positives had been addressed--except for an occasional one that crops up. Let us know if you still have something that is falsely detected in Windows or Office files.
Set ClamWin's Infected File Preference to Report Only--don't Quarantine/Remove.
