How can we do filesystem monitoring using ClamWin or are there is any other tools available to do ?

Tell me what are the consequence if somebody use the clamWin source code for commercial purpose.
For instance, somebody from the window software foundtion group modifies the free available source code of
the clamWin and distributed for the commmercial purpose.
Is there is any legal isssue regarding this??

what will be the consequence of that action . Why should i hire a lawyer for knowing what would be cause and effect of other action?
