Howdy,

I have billing software on my system and clamwin last weekend started quarantineing the .exe file because it was infected by the Foxy worm. It is mistaken..there is no virus present and I can't get it to Stop!!

Please Help!

You need to upload the file to Clam at their submission web page. Go to ClamWin's Anti-Malware page for the location of Clam's submission page. Then go to the submission page and upload the file, check the false positive block, and tell them the name of the false positive virus. Clam will delete/change their signature. Until they do, you can exclude the file from ClamWin's scheduled scans by inserting the filename in ClamWin's filters preferences, exclude matching filenames. Use this format: filename.exe.
