I use the Ella for outlook:
http://www.openfieldsoftware.com/
which has these training files that are detected as these viruses:

c:/Documents and Settings/xxxxxxxx/Application Data/xxxxxxxx-yyyyyyyyyyyyy-Learning.xml: HTML.Phishing.Auction-55 FOUND
c:/Documents and Settings/xxxxxxxx/Application Data/xxxxxxxx-yyyyyyyyyyyyy-Learning.xml: HTML.Phishing.Bank-550 FOUND

fyi xxxxxx is username and y is some random number.

The IT guy before me installed that Ella program after a trojan got on one of our computers. I think it stops executables in outlook as well, besides spam filtering.

it's normal, anti fishing software contains fishing html code as signature to detect it, you can configure clamwin to skip these files

I've noticed that spybot search & destroy is a bit smarter
malware signatures are password protected archives so av programs cannot scan inside
