clamwin find me 3 virus :

1/ C:\WINDOWS\system32\msmnu.dll: Trojan.Clicker.Small-100-dll FOUND
i can't destroy it !!!
2/ C:\System Volume Information\_restore{188E40F0-ED0E-4229-A9C6-C6CA03F40F1B}\RP177\A0045823.exe: ClamAV-Test-File FOUND
i can't found it ! is it a virus ?
3/ C:\System Volume Information\_restore{188E40F0-ED0E-4229-A9C6-C6CA03F40F1B}\RP177\A0045844.exe: ClamAV-Test-File FOUND

2/ and 3/ are test files of ClamWin that are saved in the Windows restore. They don't do any harm, so you can ignore those.

1/ seems to be a real virus though.
I suggest you set the ClamWin Prefernces to "Move to Quarantine" and let clamwin scan the C:\Windows\System32 folder again. This might cure it. If that doesn't help, you will need to start Windows in safe mode and move it manually. I would however keep a copy of the file in a safe place (such as the quarantine folder), in case your system needs it.
