Locating emails to delete in thunderbird

Greetings,
I use Thunderbird and gmail for my email needs. I believe it's virus resistant, but clamwin detects some fishing, and porn teasers. How can I determine which emails it's detecting so that I can delete it? below is the clmwin log.

currently you can't you may have already removed that emails but you need "compact folders" to purge all references

Tried that. Didn't work.

is imap you may try to remove and re add the account
it's also advisable to backup the profile folder anyway

thought about that but the gmail account is over 4 gigs.
I will experience a lockdown.
It will take a long time.
gmail virus scans.
Some of the accounts are from other email servers (pop3 checked by gmail) that also virus scan.
I think it may be a false positive I need to submit to clamwin and the virus found messages annoy me.
