small problem with version 0.90

The previous version showed a start of scan time in the Virus Scan Report. Since the upgrade to 0.90 there's no start time included in the file. It makes it difficult to check on scheduled scans having run as expected.

that's changed in clamav engine and went unspotted, I will add the time stamp manually for the next release
