Sometimes Windows (2000) freezes when ClamWin is scanning

Somethimes I have an error that occurs when ClamWin is scanning. Then windows 2000 hangs up an I have to reset. I cannot imagine that files are corrupt or defect - Kaspersky and Bitdefender don't hang up. My Windows ist very stable. Most Problem is I cannot reproduce the error.

Is it possible that ClamWin doesn't like some of my archives (ZIP) or has anybody such an error, too?
