Checked ClamWin's report log and found the following:
C:\i386\notepad.exe: Trojan.SdBot-4031 FOUND
C:\WINDOWS\NOTEPAD.EXE: Trojan.SdBot-4031 FOUND
C:\WINDOWS\system32\notepad.exe: Trojan.SdBot-4031 FOUND
Checking with other scanners on those files did not show any positive hits.
Thoughts?

I think I may've also got a false positive. It reports that analog x proxy contains worm.bobax.aa. Avast says its clean and none of the registry string bobax makes are present. It even reported a freshly downloaded copy contained the virus.
