Here's what googling, and my take on it found:

WBDED44I.DLL is a dll associated with some sort of scripting language. If your modem is working fine (where it found this file) then I don't think you really need it, and you can delete it if you want to.

unacev2.dll is a decompression kind of dll, in this case it looks like it's associated with Avast antivirus. Most AV apps include decompression dlls so they can uncompress files to scan them for viruses.

bdcore.dll and libfn.dll I found conflicting information on, they are either part of BitDefender (If you have loaded that on your computer) or they are spyware.

Either way, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you may be ok, because the last three files are the "broken executable" type, which some times can indicate a virus, and sometimes can indicate a false positive. Alch, Guitarbob, and some of the others may have a better explanation of what a "broken executable" is. My guess, is it may be like a compressed executable, say, perhaps with UPX...

Asking before you delete anything is a good step. My rule of thumb if I don't turn up any google results is to leave it in quarantine (where it shouldn't run) for a week or so, and see if the computer works fine without it. Then, I just nix it with extreme prejudice.

hope this helps! Idea
