you may try scanning it online here:
https://www.virustotal.com it will scan it with various scanners and you will know if it's a false positive or not. If the file has been successfully moved to quarantine then it is shut off and you can delete it after you determined that it is not needed, |

After deleting the file, you should probably run another check for viruses on your computer just as a precaution--at least on the folder where the quarrantined file came from.
