Scanning temporary internet files takes ClamWin about 20 minutes on my computer. Can I safely exclude them from ClamWin scans? The files contain mostly cookies and gifs of Web sites that I visit.

you can, although if you download an infected file I think it goes thre first before being copied to the destination location, and can stayu there if the dowwnload is cancelled. Also files you select to "run" instead of download are put in Temporary Internet Files before running. So maybe best to leave it being scanned.

All right, I'll include them. Thanks.
