no reason to be concerned,
Can't access file errors are caused by the locked file or securirty permissions and there was nothing alarming yours.

Phisihng items found in Temporary Internet Files are harmless as they aren't actual viruses, but most likely clamwin recognised some text on the web pages you browsed as phishing emails.

Hi alch, thank you for your reply. ........... "no reason to be concerned" ... yes I was very concerned, I am not very computer savvy.

I was worried that after deleting them from "quarantine", they seemed to return.

You could delete those temp files before you start a scan.
