Does the filesystem type of the disk matter in the alpha code that's around?
I ask because i'm trying to use clamwin on ReactOS, which only supports FAT 16 and 32. ReactOS developers may be able to tell you how you could do it because their OS is an opensource clone of the NT architecture, and i believe someone is working with a project for an opensource NTFS file system driver.
