Most likely this is a false positive, since no other AVs detect it. You can always check a file with Virus Total online, where they will scan it for you with about 50 antivirus programs. I like to see what Bitdefender, Eset, Kaspersky, and Sophos say about a file. If 2 of them detect malware, I will believe it.
If you also run ClamWin, the developers have always said that you should use it only as a backup to a real-time antiivrus, and that is very good advice. It is not real-time, it is very slow, and the Clam AV engine it uses is not powerful enough to protect against today's Windows malware.
I do not recommend use of Immunet. I have installed it many times during the last 5 or 6 years, have always been disappointed by it, and quickly removed it. Use Microsoft's free Windows Defender instead, if you can. It is pretty good. If it has a problem, Microsoft will fix it very quickly.
