cannot access Clamav

I have down loaded CLAMAV to p4.I can see it in the download file .How do I access it in my computer.

If you are trying to use Clam AV, we can not help you on these ClamWin forums, which are devoted to the free, open source AV for Windows - ClamWin. ClamWin uses a Windows port of Clam AV, but Clam AV is an antivirus used by Linux email servers. I suggest that you look into getting help for Clam AV elsewhere. There is a Clam AV website.

ClamWin is an "on-demand" scanner that scans only when you tell it to (or when a scan is scheduled). Additionally, it has not been updated for about 2 years now, so do not rely upon it except as a backup to a real-time antivirus scanner.
