Hello,
ClamAV engine is detecting one of our software files and they don't seem to answer via their false positive report submission, even after X2 submissions.
Anyone can suggest a way to get to them and remove the false positive?
Thanks,
Koby

You mentioned the Clam AV engine. This site is dedicated to users of the ClamWin free open source AV for Windows and is not the same program as Clam AV. ClamWin uses the Clam AV for Linux scan engine, but it is modified for use on Windows (not LinuxJ) in a graphical user environment. ClamWin uses the Clam AV virus signatures, but we have no control over them, and I suggest that you contact the Clam AV people at website https://www.clamav.net/ for further assistance. Failing that, you will have to tell your users to "whitelist" your program on their machines.
Regards,
