Try putting just one star for the detail--say C:\Windows\System32\config\RegBack\* that may be the proper way to do this.
I think that if you only scan one folder during a manual scan, ClamWin will ignore the filters. I think the filters are only for scheduled scans (I may be wrong on this, but I believe Alch told me this once). Thanks for using ClamWin! Regards, |

I have already done this configuration and didn't work. Generally the syntax to stop the filter to check a folder is c:/folder/folder/* or <c:/folder/folder/*> //Any better idea?? |

The only other idea I have is to just exclude the filename--such as filename.extension. That should work.
Anyone else--please feel free to jump in and help. Regards, |
