Hi Guys
I removed clamwin and now I cannot remove ExpShell.dll
Please help

Is the ClamWin directory still on your machine(s)? If so, just delete it from Windows Explorer, and anything there will go away. You might also do a search to see if the .dll file is in other places as well. Remove it if so.

hi,
If i understand the other post (and alch's answer) correctly, this should work :
1. Open a command prompt and cd to C:\Program Files\ClamWin\bin
2. Open the taskmanager (ctrl-shift-escape) and kill explorer.exe. This unloads expshell.dll.
3. Now you should be able to "del expshell.dll" using the command prompt
Let us know if this works, and if the system complains after a reboot. You might need to cleanup some registry settings, but let's take it one step at a time.

normally if you follow the uninstaller prompt and reboot, expshell.dll will be deleted on reboot. This is because expllorer locks the file and it can only be deleted after the reboot.
