Clam Sentinel may no longer be in development, but it still provides a certain level of malware protection, especially for older computers. In addition, the SentinelRecover program has always been a better quarantine restore/removal program than ClamWin's very limited QRestore program. SentinelRecover has lots of options and is easier to use than the ClamWin QRestore program. If you are a Clam Sentinel user, always use SentinelRecover to remove/restore something from quarantine.

Unfortunately, Clam Sentinel must be installed in order to use Sentinel Restore. If you do not use Clam Sentinel but do a lot of restoring from quarantine, it might pay you to install Clam Sentinel just for the better quarantine restore.
