Check and see if there is a C:\ProgramData\.clamwin\log file. If there is one, what was the last scandate? Is the scandate the date of the scan in question?
Were you doing a scheduled scan or manual scan when this happened? If you were doing a scheduled scan, see if you can do a manual scan that provides a log. If you were doing a manual scan, set up a scheduled scan and check to see if there is a log when finished. Let us know results. Regards, |
