ClamWin comes with a default infected file treatment of "report only." You can change it to "remove" (don't use this, however--you might remove a falsely-detected "good" file sometimes), or you can change it to "quarantine". Quarantine is best because you can restore a file from quarantine if you need to (via the Qrecover program in the Programs (x86)\ClamWin\bin folder.
You can change the infected file option to quarantine via ClamWin menu item Open, Tools, Preferences, General, Move To Quarantine Folder.
Thanks for using ClamWin! Remember that it is only a "on-demand" AV scanner--not a real-time scanner, and you should use it only as a backup, second opinion scanner to a real-time scanner like Windows Defender (Security Essentials on older computers), which comes free on most Windows computers. Avira and Avast, and Panda also have free scanner versions like ClamWin, and there are other free and paid AV scanners as well.
Regards,
