Since ClamWin will run on Server OS as well as desktop OS I was wondering if there were any plans to make an administrative console where one could monitor the software version, av database version, and do the other stuff that network antivirus software does.

Other professional users have also recommended this feature, but at the moment we dedicating resources to rewriting the application and to some extra features as described in https://forums.clamwin.com/viewtopic.php?t=377. An administrator will probably not be worked on until that new version is stabile.
