Permission denied files can't be opened because they are protected by the operating system. You can have some of them during a scan, but it's strange that all your files are permission denied.
When you installed ClamWin, did you install it as an administrator--do you have admin rights on the computer?
Try this--right click on the ClamWin desktop and select to run as administrator. When it comes up, then scan the entire computer--C drive. It will take some time, but see if all the files are still permission denied.
Let us know the results here.
By the way, since ClamWin is only an "on demand" scanner and not a "real-time, on-access" scanner, you should use it as a backup to a real-time scanner like Microsoft Windows Defender, Avira, or Panda Free. There are other free or paid AV scanners, but I like those 3.

Thank you for trying ClamWin. Emsisoft's portable scanner is pretty good, so you are probably not infected by any viruses. You need a real-time scanner though to prevent any infection--prevention is better than disinfection.
