Not sure if this was a troll, but I am not getting a false positive on that file. Make sure you are using the most updated database and updated ClamWin and try scanning it again.

last scan 19:00 Uhr
C:\Windows\servicing\TrustedInstaller.exe: [Win.Trojan.Kazy-1949] FALSE POSITIVE FOUND
is no Win.Trojan
C:\Windows\System32\certreq.exe: [Win.Trojan.Graftor-2646] FALSE POSITIVE FOUND
Certreq.exe is a command-line tool that is included in Windows 2000 Server, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003 as well as in the Windows Server 2003 Administration Tools Pack. The version available with Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 is different from the version that is included in Windows 2000 Server. When using certreq.exe, you must distinguish between these versions.

Since ClamWin uses the scan engine/virus signatures provided by Clam AV, Clam AV has to correct any false positive signatures. Please upload the file to Virus Total to see what 50+ other AVs say about it. That will solve the problem. If it is malware, then the signature is good, and ClamWin is correct. It it is not malware, then Virus Total will tell Clam AB about it, so Clam AV can correct their signature.

Is the file actually quarantined by ClamWin? If there is just a warning and the file is not quarantined, then everything is okay--nothing needs to be done.
