The log file is very verbose, and I'm sure it means something to developers as they work, but when I get the message "ClamWin detected (or had) 4 errors", I'd dearly love to be able to see what the errors were, or at least search the log to point them out.

Log files are saved in C:/Users/Username/AppData/Roaming/.clamwin/log Logs are written in plain text. You can view any and all errors there.
