Hello falmily,
I have a server run WindowServer 2008r2.
I download clam antivirus in home page and set up it.
when set up, i have a error with virus database file :

Have you tried changing mirrors to a different location and see if that fixes your issue? I had a few similar errors with ClamAV database servers, but I notice eventually they will go away and it will work. If not, try changing the mirror location. If not, you will have to contact ClamAV support here: https://www.clamav.net/contact.html ClamWin runs off the ClamAV scan engine and database, so there isn't really we can do about database issues.

Oh thanxx ,
So i don't do something with clamav , it run normal ???
i see it run normal but i think not good if don't download virus databse.
and when i set up , i set up with default mode

Actually, I just poked around ClamWin documentations. This link will tell you what to do. https://www.clamwin.com/content/view/75/27/ If that doesn't work, try contacting ClamAV support with the link I provided in the previous post.

Set ClamWin Tools, Preferences, Internet Update to Enable Automatic Virus Database Updates. Also set the update frequency to hourly starting early in the morning (say 8 AM local time).

But i open tool -->Perference --> Internet Update :
I see Checkbox : Enable Automatic Virus Database Update has been checked.
Download site : Also set the update frequency to hourly starting early in the morning (say 8 AM local time).

See if the automatic downloads happen for a day (24 hours). If they work okay, everything is fine. You can not always do a manual download--there may be problems with the Clam AV mirrors, too many other people may be trying to download when you are downloading, or maybe some other problem(s). If the automatic download work, do not worry.
