I am having trouble with what I think is the Joke.Flipped virus. I have ran numerous virus scans and the results show nothing wrong. All of my icons are upside down. How do I remove?

Are everything on the screen rotated 180 degrees?
In that case, try pressing CTRL + ALT + Up-arrow.
Does this fix your problem?

Some antivirus vendors have free downloadable removal programs for a few viruses. See if one of them has one for that particular virus. You could also try a few of those free on-line antivirus scanners. You could also get a free trial of another antivirus program--try a behavior blocker if nothing else works.
