Can ClamWin detect Mac viruses also?

Can ClamWin detect Mac malware that happens to have infected files copied to a PC?

ClamWin uses the virus definitions and source code from Clam AV. The source code is ported over from Linux to Windows. Clam AV is also used on Macs, and the virus definitions include common and high profile Mac viruses.
