We can't do anything about non-detections. The scan engine used by ClamWin is furnished by the Clam AV project. All files that are not detected by ClamWin or that are false positive detections should be uploaded to Clam AV so they can prepare/fix a signature. The Clam AV home page is at https://www.clamav.net/ on the web. From there you can select to Submit A File. On the submit page there is a link to submitting a virus file and another link for submitting a false positive file. Be sure to select the appropriate one.

Most AVs do not do as well at detecting malware in non-Windows PE files like .html, .doc, flash (.swf), .pdf, etc. than they do in detecting viruses in PE files like exe and dll. ClamAV/ClamWin is no exception. Unfortunately, the exploits are mostly in the non-PE files.
