My scanner always gets error report and needs to close

I have a staples relay 1 gb flash drive in which i put clamwin portable onto. when i tried to scan a file named GIMPportable [also portable software], it always had an error report saying it ecountered an error and had to close, thus not completing the check. please help me!

Evidently the scanner can not handle this file for some reason. What is the file extension (.exe, .dll, or what?) and how large is the file?
Also, make sure you are using the latest portable version so that you are aup-to-date.

FYI, we can't provide much support here with ClamWin Portable problems, as the ClamWin project is not responsible for ClamWin Portable. These forums are for the original desktop version of ClamWin.
