Running Clam Sentinal 1.20 and clicked "Download Now" from www.clamwin.com.
Clam Sentinal quarentined it's own update: https://downloads.sourceforge.net/clamwin/clamwin-update-0.97.7-0.97.8.exe
Is this normal?

Remember that ClamSentinel and ClamWin are not the same program--they are separate projects by separate programming teams with different programming philosophies.
Clam Sentinel will quarantine some installation files when they try to install something on your computer (just like a trojan downloader does) if they are heavily packed, have a strange file "envelope" or do not give normal documentation to the Windows operating system.
Unfortunately, ClamWin installation files are among those quarantined, so I exclude: clamwin-*-setup*.exe as an item in Sentinel's Paths or files not scanned so that all present and future clamWin update files are excluded.
A false positive now and then just means that Sentinel is working to protect your computer. You can read the Clam Sentinel Simple Guide for advice on preventing/dealing with false positive detections like this.
