Some files with permissions denied during a scan are okay--they are files that are in use during the scan or are files used by the system . Some people have tons of them, depending upon what programs they have on their machine. Pagefile and hiberfile are always okay, and the other files are also permission denied on my machine. So I think you had a normal scan.

What kind of scanning error--is there a description?

Sometimes there is a scanning error when ClamWin gets a file that it cannot process. This does not happen very often, and it probably does not mean you have a virus. Sometimes a file is locked when ClamWin scans it, and permission to open it to scan is denied. This is probably okay.

Get into Windows Safe Mode (type F8 upon booting up until you get a menu screen. At the screen choose Safe Mode with nothing else). Then do a scan of the folders where you have a scanning error and see what happens.
