Yes, in my laptop, Clamwin can detect all the crap but can't eliminate it.
I've scan files and... I can't act on them to clean 'em up. The only thing I can do is to close the scan file that resumes that had find this and that. And the crap laugh at me!
Thank you.

You can tell ClamWin to Report, Quarantine, or Remove infected files that it detects. The default is Report. You can change it if you select to Configure ClamWin, and under the General Settings tab, change the Infected File Option to Quarantine. Do not use Remove because it could delete a Windows file if there is a false positive detection. You can restore files in Quarantine via the ClamWin Quarantine Browser program via Start, All Programs, ClamWin, Quarantine Browser.
It is a good idea to run a daily scan with another scanner. Malwarebytes Free Antimalware is good, and it will not interfere with ClamWin because neither scans in real-time: They only scan when you tell them to. You can schedule ClamWin scans, of course. You have to manually update Malwarebytes before each scan.
Since ClamWin is an on-demand scanner, you need a real-time scanner that scans your computer all the time. The free Clam Sentinel program lets you use ClamWin as an on-demand scanner, and it also can detect many viruses for which there is no ClamWin signature. Using Clam Sentinel can prevent many viruses from getting on your computer. Clam Sentinel is a separate project from ClamWin, and you can download it at https://clamsentinel.sourceforge.net/ on the web. The Sentinel default configuration is best for most users.
