I need to get rid of this crap on my system! I don't want people to infect my s***t.

The two people who are most important to me want to chill and watch youtube videos, and I'm not going to tell them no. So, please tell me how I can fix these things, MANUALLY! Also, how can I speed up my scans?

Please, list fixes in order of urgency for system HP.

You can speed up your scans by excluding the ClamWin Data folder from Security Essentials. Also exclude from Security Essentials as processes all the .exe files in the ClamWin Bin folder (and the 2 .exe files in the Clam Sentinel program folder if you use Clam Sentinel). If you use Clam Sentinel, exclude from it the Microsoft Security Client and Microsoft Antimalware program and data folders (there may be 2 in each folder). It's not important to exclude anything from ClamWin because it's not a real-time scanner.

In your ClamWin scans, you can just scan the Windows and Users folders--that's where most malware will be. Also, to speed up my ClamWin scans, I just scan these extensions: bat, class, cmd, cpl, dll, doc, eml, exe, flv, gz, hta, htm, html, inf, js, lnk, ocx, pdf, pif, ppt, rar,rtf, scr, swf, sys, tmp, vbs, wsh, els, zip. No list of extensions is really complete, and some people will argue about what to include/exclude, but this includes most of the extensions used by malware that I have encountered in four years of sigmaking with Clam.
