I'm trying to free up some hard disk space and wondering if I can deleate the files in quarantine?
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\.clamwin\quarantine.
Size 1.41 GB (1,522,976,533 bytes)

Sure, you can delete files in quarantine. If your computer is running okay, that is a good sign none of the quarantined files is a false positive that is important to your computer, so go ahead and delete them. There is no way to do it via ClamWin, so you will have to manually go to the quarantine folder and delete them. You should periodically clean out your quarantine anyway. Some AVs will delete them for you after a certain time period. Perhaps this would be a good new feature to add, but the developers haven't done it because ClamWin does have a false positive now and then. You can restore false positives via the ClamWin Quarantine Browser program.
