Hi everybody,
I have a windows xp professional with clamwin. For some reason I only have a couple of accounts on this computer: administrator and a limited user account (let's call "web").
Then I have several users (more in the future...) that for simplicity connect to the internet with that limited user account (web) through a proxy server (another pc that shares the internet, with dual nic). Everytime a user opens the browser (and requests a webpage) a username and password it's requested by the proxy server and everything goes fine. Each user has its own username and password on the proxy server.
Now is it possible to update clamwin with a similar process where the antivirus requests the username and password of the user that is in front of the computer?
I'd like to avoid entering a unique username and password into its settings.
ps I might update in another way. But I was just wondering if this would be possible.
Thanks
Regards

ClamWin is not designed to run in a multi-user environment. You may be able to do this on your own.
