I have 2 anti-virus installed in my computer mcafee and ESET but those two anti-virus scan only my hard drive but emails are not included. Does ClamWin free antivirus have features where it can scan also my email?

If you use Microsoft Outlook, ClamWin will scan your Outlook email after you configure it to do so. Of course, you can always scan manually. ClamWin is an on-demand scanner that scans when you tell it to.
I think you need only 1 antivirus program--either one you mentioned is good, and I do not understand why they can not scan your email. I believe NOD32 will do so. If you contine to use them both, you should disable real-time scanning on ome of them so you do not use too many computer resources.
