clamwin has quarantined the virus I am fighting how do I remove it from my system?

It will do no harm to leave the virus file in ClamWin quarantine. ClamWin puts an "infected" on the end of the file name to keep it from being activated. However, if you are sure the file contains a real virus (and not a false positive detection), you can navigate to the ClamWin quarantine folder and delete it manually with a right click in Windows Explorer. You could set ClamWin's infected file option to remove at detection, since valid Windows operating system files are now protected against false positive detections, but I still recommend quarantine, since ClamWin now also has quarantine restore capability for false positive detections, in case of false positives on files that are not operating system files.
You can verify files at either Jotti or Virus Total on the web. Both web sites will scan a file online for you with multiple antivirus programs, including Clam AV, which furnishes the scan engine for ClamWin. Jotti is at https://virusscan.jotti.org/en and Virus Total is at https://www.virustotal.com/ on the web.

First you can remove with the help of antivirus...or you can install a new window with that your whole system is fresh and you can take precautions for virus etc,
