I got a copy ofthe program files of DRAGON AGE 2 from my friend's pc ...
But eventually the main binaries files are the virus files ...
My KASPERSKY INTERNET SECURITY 2011 is showing them to be viruses and is stopping them to run ..
I disabled my antivirus program and ran the game but the virus spread in whole pc and removed regestry editor , task manager and also corrupted some files .. Anyway i formatted my pc ...
Is there any way to run the game without causing damage to pc ???

No way. Get a good version of the program. Many viruses are designed to be spread by users who use software from untrusted sources. You might as well not use an antivirus if you continue to act as you do!
