You should send all false positives to Clam AV so they can correct the signature. However, this is a PUA detection, which is an exception. PUA detection optionally selected by the user, and PUA categories can be selectively excluded from detection. PUAs are not really an indication of a virus/malware. All they do is flag for users who want to be notified if a file has been created with a tool used by virus authors or in fact is a tool that can be used by virus authors. These tools are packers, remote communication tools and the like, which can be used by virus authors or good guys. The PUA detection is particularly bad about flagging web sites which use scripts. Many web sites use scripts now, but at one time, this was a popular virus technique at an infected web site.

You can ignore the PUA, or if you don't want to be bothered, just turn off PUA detection in ClamWin.
