I get an error

I tried checking the directories in preferences - they seem to be ok for scan, log
Tried reinstalling - did not help
checked Windows XP/2003: ComSpec=C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe

I am running as an administrator
The scan did run the first time around but since the preference was 'scan only', I changed it and then retried. After that it started giving me the error. I uninstalled and re installed but it is still giving the error
