How do I get my firewall to block a program from accessing the internet? I'm using the windows XP firewall and I'm not sure how to get it to block a specific program. Could someone give detailed instructions? (something like tools> check this thingy > add program to list) Thank you!

Here are some instructions at https://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/networking/security/winfirewall.mspx on the web.
This is probably a better help at https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb877979.aspx on the web.
Finally, there is this from a university at https://it.usu.edu/htm/tutorials/xp-firewall/ on the web.
I Googled these for 'instructions for Windows XP firewall."
Regards,
