I downloaded ClamWinPortable_0.96.2.1_English.paf.exe with
MD5 :D51435E647F4AF05AF521BCCECAA898F
SHA1 :64A036011148BB2C26D0587BFD08665403756576
CRC32 :4487F889
from portableapps.com .
Virustotal did not accept this file, even I tried using the internet connections/IP address from my home and my school respectively.
Therefore, I tarred it and submitted successfully. The report URL is
https://www.virustotal.com/file-scan/report.html?id=e186ef34d3c24154d19aac92dc4fc11df65eb536313fddfdca2f71ba532a6e73-1287541708 .
TrendMicro said it contains PAK_Generic.001 and Jiangmin said it contains Trojan/Obfuscated.asyg.
Is here anyone know why this problem happens?

Those two detections are generic detections (not a specific virus name), so that is not conclusive as to an infection, so they are likely false positives. I like to see at least 5 AVs confirm an infection anyway. For additional assurance, I look for a couple of the large AV programs to confirm something: Kaspersky, Microsoft, McAfee, Norton, and Trend Micro.
Sometimes I have trouble uploading a file to Virus Total. For additional on-line scanning services, try Jotti at https://virusscan.jotti.org/en on the web or Virus Scan at https://virscan.org/ on the web. They are both as good as Virus Total. As a last resort, try Threat Expert at
https://www.threatexpert.com/submit.aspx on the web. If a file is really bad, Threat Expert will give you a threat ranking, if the file has been around for a while.
