I had the same error message while testing ClamWin version .96.4 on my Wndows 7 machine and notified the ClamWin developers about it. I did not have the problem on a Vista machine. I am now testing ClamWin .96,5, and the problem still exists. I will tell them again.
You can temporarily set ClamWin's Infected Files Option to Quarantine and then rescan, and it will then remove the file to Quarantine and change the option back to Report Only. First however, verify that the file is actually infected by uploading it to Jotti or Virus Total. Either service will scan the file for you with multiple AV programs, including Clam AV, which furnishes the scanning engine and signature database to ClamWin. If several AVs (besides Clam AV) verify the infection, it is probably a real infection and not a false positive. I like to see a couple of these AVs spotting it: McAfee, Microsoft, Sophos, Symantec and Trend Micro. Jotti is at https://virusscan.jotti.org/en on the web, and Virus Total is at https://www.virustotal.com/ on the web. You can report a false positive to Clam AV at https://www.clamav.net/lang/en/sendvirus/ on the web. Regards, |

It seems that Save Report function is unavailable on a Windows 7 X64 machine. I understand it may take some time to get a fix, and they may just disable the button on X64 for now. You may be able to Copy the onscreen report information and then Paste it to a Windows Notepad file and then save it--try it.

I was unable to copy/paste any scan report to Notepad. I think you will have to wait until ClamWin version 1.0 comes out before this can be fixed. The current version is .96.4.
As for the Poison virus, ClamWin comes with a default option of "Report Only" for any infected files it finds. You can also set the infected files option to Quarantine or Remove in ClamWin's General Preferences. If you are sure the file is infected (verify an infection by uploading the file to Jotti or Virus Total so they can check it for you with multiple AVs), you can remove the file manually on your computer or change the infected files option to Quarantine or Remove and then re-scan with ClamWin. I had the same problem. You can get a copy of the log in C:\ProgramData\.clamwin\log. That is the default location. Check the options Tools/Preferences/Report for the file location.
