For some reason, your ClamWin signature database is corrupt. Find the database folder (File Locations tab in the configuration/preferences menu) and delete the main and daily signature databases, then do a manual update and you should be ready to scan.
You can configure ClamWin scans per the scheduler in the system tray menu (right click on the ClamWin system tray icon) or you can just do a manual scan. If you already have another AV that has a real-time scanner, I suggest you just do a manual ClamWin scan on the memory, the System32 folder, and the Documents and Settings (user folder on Vista/Windows 7 OS). You should only have one scanner operating in real-time mode. ClamWin does not have a real-time scanner, so it can be used as a backup scanner.

I use the COM LIVESTICK Konfiguration on a portable WD ELement 2'5"
In this use I visited many different Computers in INTERNET-Shops and Internet-Caf?©s
What I can do to save the Installation on LIVESTICK from other VIRUS-Scanner
on the PCs I visit day after day in an other town ?
I think this is the basic of my problem

You can install ClamWin Portable ona USB. The ClamWin Portable site is at https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/clamwin_portable on the web. There is an installation guide to using ClamWin on a USB at https://www.clamwin.com/content/view/118/89/ on the web.
