Once everything is scanned, I am un able to get rid of the virus. HELP

You should verify it is a virus, if possible. Can you upload the file to Jotti or Virus Total so they can check to see if it is a real infection and not a false positive detection?
If it is a real virus, you can try to get into Windows Safe Mode (F8 at bootup until you get into Safe Mode--choose Safe Mode With Networking. Then update ClamWin and set the detection preference to Quarantine and run a scan.
If that does not work, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (free version) is usually good at removal, and I also like Bitdefender's online scan.
Please get back here if nothing works.
