AVG Antivirus Free version reports ClamWin Virus

This is not a complaint

I think this maybe because ClamWin has put some found virus into a Temp folder that AVG Antivirus has discoverd Am I correct

could you please report that to AVG as false positive?

As it scans, ClamWin creates temp files, which can contain virus signatures. Naturally, another AV can have the same signature. I think you should exclude the *.clamtmp files from AVG's scans, if possible. That would take care of the problem.
