On April 28th I got these false positives:
C:\Program Files\Parallels\Install\100411.23\SiteBuilder4.msi: VBS.Psyme-23 FOUND
C:\WINDOWS\Installer\3d00833c.msi: VBS.Psyme-23 FOUND
I submitted them as false positives on the same day. However, I now keep getting alerts for the same files every time I run ClamWin.
What is the normal procedure for getting rid of known false positive alerts? Do I wait for an update which will clear the alert or is there a way to have clamwin safely ignore these files?

If you cannot wait for Clam to correct the false positives, you can exclude them from Clamwin's directory scans by putting the filename, including extension in ClamWin's Preferences, Filters, Exclude matching filenames. Example: filename.ext. This will not exclude the file from a ClamWin scan of the individual file, but it will exclude it from scheduled scans and directory scans.
Clam will usually correct a false positive within a couple of days. Sigmakers usually work their own false positives. Sometimes if a sigmaker is busy or away, it may take longer.
